Gridcon has developed the SVI, Real Estate valuation System, an efficient tool for the real estate and construction dynamics. The appraisals of the SVI help to reduce the subjectivity of valuation of properties with the contribution of an important data bank of property.

The appraisals are performed following the parameters of the Brazilian Institute for Valuation of Properties, endorsed by Instituto Ecuatoriano para el Financiamiento de la Vivienda and according to the standards required by CTH (Compañia de Titularizacion Inmobiliaria), also client of Gridcon.
